Booking
Our booking committee is dedicated to both finding and fielding applications for prospective artists in search of representation. Following an evaluation of the artist's submitted work, our booking team will look to find radio gigs, live performances, and additional publicity for the various acts based on their genre and talents. We will leverage our resources with the many radio stations, bars, and organizations that have agreed to partner with us in an order to get these artists the most exposure possible. The booking team will take the necessary acts to communicate with both the band and the venue at which they will be performing to make sure everything runs smoothly. The booking/signing team is open to anybody, however, it is recommended for those looking to enter the music industry, event planning industry, entertainment industry, or any career involving live entertainment.
ARTISTS & REPERTOIRE
Our A&R committee is in charge of finding and developing artists under the HVML brand. This committee will attend open mic nights, put together artist showcases, and review media kits of prospective artists. They will work hand in hand with the booking committee to sign the artists they see fit. From this point, they will work to build the artist. Through enhancing their social media pages, creating promo videos, and developing media kids, the Artist Development team will work to take artists from open mic nights to the main stage at downtown venues. In addition, they will help out developing artists produce and release new music on a consistent basis.
ProDUCTIONS
Our promotional/marketing team is dedicated to promoting our events and generating additional exposure for our represented artists. This committee will additionally be in charge of making sure the venue for any upcoming show or radio station will post about the artist on their various forms of social media.
